Spacious ,with confy beds, perfectly clean, friendly staff, especially the reception, when they see us, they ask us if we need help and inform us regarding the attraction points near us with a smile, breakfast was excelent, tasty coffee, beautiful hotel, definitely coming back. Well equiped with everything we needed.

The room was modern, stylish, and had a large comfortable bed. There was also complimentary water and other usual appliances such as a hair dryer, towels and security safe. The checking in and out process was very smooth and the customer service was very friendly and welcoming. There was a good selection for the breakfast too, both hot and cold choices available.

Excellent hotel with great service We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The location is convenient — close to the airport, with easy access and good parking. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. There’s also a nice bar and comfortable lounge areas to relax in. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very cozy. Overall, a perfect place to stay — we would definitely come back!

I've stayed here a couple of times before, but more than five years ago. Rooms have been extensively renovated since then, and now feels like a proper four star hotel. Had no problems finding a parking place, breakfast had plenty of warm options and the room's air-conditioner was super efficient. Very impressed overall!

The hotel is located in the outskirts of Bucarest near to the Highway to Brasov. The lobby and the rooms as well as the parking were very spacious. The matresses were to our liking and two pillows were supplied, which is very practical for travellers. The breakfast, however, was the real surprise ranging cuisines from the Near East to the Continental western style. It truly answers to the name Phoenicia.

Great location (close to Bucharest/Otopeni Airport and close to Buftea/Mogosoaia. Clean hotel, great lobby - place to unwind. Polite, helpful staff. Huge room, good facilities.

The rooms are spacious, clean, there was a mini refrigerator. Shower-toilets are all good. Bed was comfy wifi was perfcet.

Nice welcoming message in the room, good amenities, clean, comfortable and very good breakfast. Very good for a stay near north of Bucharest or even for catching a flight from Otopeni
